Refund policy

We do not offer refunds/returns for change of mind purchases. So please consider your purchase carefully.

 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In most cases a replacement or store credit will be offered and you may be required to return the items recieved. 

E-Painter units have a 3 month warranty. You may be asked to return the unit before a replacement, refund or store credit is issued. This is on a case by case basis.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
