Shipping policy

For New Zealand orders, your items should arrive within 7 days.  If they do not arrive, please contact us so we can sort this out for you.

For international orders, your items should arrive within 14 days.  If they do not arrive, please contact us so we can sort this out for you.

Any import fees, duties and other charges are the buyers responsibility if you live outside the US, AU and NZ. Please check your countries fees and regulations before placing an order with us to determine potential fees you will need to pay as we will not refund your order due to any added charges your country may charge.
