All diamond painting accessories, mini kits and puzzles are shipped directly from us in New Zealand and should be delivered within 10 business days if you are international and 5 business days if you are local.

We have limited stock in New Zealand at any given time and will ship them out to you ASAP.
Currently NZ stock is only available to NZ and AU customers due to the high cost to ship to other countries. All diamond painting accessories are shipped from us in New Zealand and we ship from here world wide.
If we are out of stock in NZ or you are purchasing as a gift for someone outside of NZ or AU then you have the option to purchase directly from our manufacturer.
Diamond paintings shipped from China
We currently ship directly from our trusted manufacturing partner for all diamond painting kits outside of NZ and AU. With the exception of Pixel Pages Mini Kits which are shipped from us in NZ
Most orders arrive within 3–6 weeks after you place your order and you will receive a tracking number usually within 2 weeks. This is hugely dependent on how busy the factory is at the time. Please be patient - Trust us! They are worth the wait!!
